In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), we inform you as follows:

Purpose and legal basis of your data processing
The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, i.e. the consent you have given, depending on the content of the consent you have given for marketing purposes related to signing up for the newsletter service or the contact form, in order to receive an offer. ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP also processes data related to the monitoring of your activity on the website, as referred to below.

ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP monitors your activities on the website www.elmex.com.pl. Your personal data will be processed by automated means (including profiling), but this will not have any legal effect on you. Profiling of personal data involves the processing of data (including by automated means) to forecast personal preferences and interests. The provision of personal data on the website www.elmex.com.pl is voluntary. The basis for data processing is your consent. You have control over your Internet browser and its settings. Recipients of your personal data may be Google, Facebook, Call Page, Tawk. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by changing the settings in your browser. Your personal data will be processed and stored depending on the duration of your use of the technology. You have the right to request the controller to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Profiling is used in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel. If you object to profiling, please optimise your browser accordingly.

Recipients of your personal data
The recipients of your personal data are or, depending on the needs of the controller, may be ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP's employees and associates, the law firm and ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP's subcontractors for marketing-related services, including the newsletter service provider. The designated recipients have undertaken to process personal data in a way that guarantees a level of security adequate to the risk of processing personal data.

Transfers of data to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.

Period of processing of your data
Your personal data will be stored for marketing purposes until you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data or the marketing purposes of ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP cease.

Your rights in relation to data processing by ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP
You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify it, for example if you find out that your data is outdated or incorrect. You also have the right to request ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP to delete, restrict the processing of your data and the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent to their processing at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the principles of the RODO.

Voluntary data provision
The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your personal data, depending on the purpose of the processing, you will not be able to participate in marketing processes, in particular: sending sales and marketing information or newsletters. Withdrawal of your consent to the processing of your personal data by ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP for the execution of orders for marketing services offered by ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP will result in the discontinuation of services. Data security
Your personal data is processed by ELMEX LOGISTICS GROUP by means of computer systems ensuring the security of data processing (inter alia through encryption of transmitted data, cyclical changes of access passwords) and outside the computer system with technical and organisational measures ensuring a level of data security adequate to the risks of processing.
